2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. You can book services up to 7 days in advance.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time so that we can offer the slot to other guests.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are considered late cancellations and may affect your ability to book preferred time slots in the future.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), we may restrict future bookings or require additional confirmation before accepting new appointments.

5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns immediately.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
